Refunds can only be given if no exams were taken and if requested within 3 days of registration. All refunds must be requested in writing to Denise Bynum at firstname.lastname@example.org
Here are some tips to note:
1. If you don’t get the right answer on some quizzes, you will not be able to proceed until you retake the test and submit the correct answer. Reread the question, and review the study material or the associated video, and try again.
